Narconon Ojai Celebrates its 6th Annual Golf Tournament

Narconon Ojai proudly hosted its 6th Annual Golf Tournament on May 17, 2026, bringing together community leaders, supporters, and law enforcement for an unforgettable day at the Ojai Valley Inn, dedicated to giving back. The golf tournament benefitted the Ventura Sheriff’s Foundation.
The event was co-hosted by actor Patrick Renna of the iconic movie The Sandlot and, more recently, Monster Summer.

The winner of the golf tournament trophy was Ventura County Sheriff James Fryhoff, who has attended this annual charitable event for some years. Members of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office were on hand throughout the event and actively participated alongside golfers and guests.
Also in attendance were former Ojai Police Chief, Captain Steve Jenkins, and Commander Ron Chips, who leads the Sheriff’s Special Services Division overseeing the Sheriff’s Forensic Services Bureau.
A special highlight of the day was the check presentation to Sheriff Fryhoff by Narconon Ojai Executive Director Fabian Padro, in support of the “Shop With a Cop” program, which helps underprivileged children during the holiday season by providing gifts, clothing, and essential school supplies. Sheriff Fryhoff, when accepting the donation, spoke about how proud he is to partner with Narconon for its effectiveness in drug rehabilitation and its contributions to the Ojai community.
The 65 golfers and guests were treated to a BBQ lunch and a performance by Indi artist, Rett Madison.
Narconon Ojai is honored to continue supporting programs that strengthen our community and create a positive impact for local families and children.
