We Are All Born With Different Talents and Don’t Need Anything to Enhance Them
I want to thank the staff at Narconon in Ojai and my parents for helping me become alcohol and drug free.
This is not easy to put out, but I feel like I have to for the people like me that deal with these issues.
Throughout my life, I’ve dealt with depression. Over the last few years, it became unbearable and eventually, I became manic-depressed.
I experienced body convulsions, hallucinations, and extreme sadness due to the amount of drugs stored in my fatty tissues over the years and the number of deaths of friends and family over the last few years. I tried to deal with these issues through alcohol and drugs, but it only made matters worse and made me lash out at my family and friends.
Most rehabilitation institutions deal with drug problems by giving you more drugs and not helping you deal with the pain you have experienced and caused throughout your life. At Narconon, they were more effective by only giving me vitamins and minerals. They got me on a strict eating and workout schedule and helped me face the issues I have been dealing with for a long time.
I want to help others that deal with the same issues, especially black people in the entertainment industry. We are often surrounded by the wrong people and are given drugs and alcohol to “help us be more creative.”

I’m excited to be home and plan on helping anyone who is willing to get the help needed to live a happier life.
I love you all… all that hung in there with me. And I apologize to those that I hurt during my times of pain and confusion.
