Transformation of Narconon Ojai Recent Graduate

Amazing transformation of our recent graduate. Picture of her on day 1 and a picture of her on graduation day. Here is Jennifer's story:

Before coming to Narconon Ojai, I was a mess. My health was failing me, and it felt like my body was shutting down.

Every day my body was in pain. I knew I needed to stop, but I couldn't, and I was scared to. My mind was spinning out of control, and I could not settle my thoughts. Once I got to Narconon, I felt that I was in a safe place and able to let my guard down.

I wasn't familiar with the program, so every step of it was a surprise to me. The sauna was challenging at first, but each day got easier and easier. I did 40 days in the sauna, and my body felt so much better getting all the toxins out.

After the sauna, I was introduced to the Objectives course. That was a surprise. I was trying to figure out the point of each process, and I eventually let go and just went with it.

What I learned was that I could overcome my negative thoughts. I can be focused and accomplish hard stuff, both physical and mental. After Objectives, I was able to look at what got me here—the people and events that contributed to my life choices. I was able to recall memories that were lost and focus on the life that I want for myself. Narconon Ojai has provided me with a gift of a future I didn't think was possible.

I will be forever grateful to all the people who helped me finish this program. I'm looking forward to my future and what it has in store for me. With a clean heart and mind.
