Sam Hobson, CADC-CAS, CATC
Sam Hobson has worked in the field of addiction for more than 10 years. He is passionate about helping rehabilitate those who have suffered from addiction. Sam is dedicated to returning those once thought lost to addiction to responsible, productive lives.
Sam has been staff in the Narconon network since 2011 and works diligently with our students on a daily basis so they can leave their addictions in the past and begin to create bright new futures.
Sam brings valuable insights and real-world experience to the table during each counseling session, offering our students a common sense viewpoint and instilling in them a greater sense of responsibility and control over their lives.
By helping our students understand that they are not, in fact, suffering from a chronic disease that will affect them for life, Sam is able to help our students develop a whole new outlook on their futures.
It’s become his personal mission to rid the world of addiction and minimize the effects drugs have on our society. In the wake of the current drug epidemic, Sam realizes the need for comprehensive, long-term residential drug rehabilitation programs that actually get to the root of addiction and leave no stone unturned.
By working at Narconon centers for many years, Sam has observed first hand the efficacy of the results-based drug rehabilitation technology the program uses and the outstanding results achieved by its graduates.
Having an extensive knowledge of addiction, Sam is an important resource for Narconon students who need guidance and support. He is also an active member of other anti-drug campaigns within the Ojai community.
Sam holds two credentials recognized by the state of California for substance abuse counseling. He is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Addictions Treatment Counselor through the state of California.
